First appointment: What you should bring with you

Ideally, you should come wearing comfortable clothing. For Body Sessions it is best to come dressed in a top and bottom instead of a dress. When using the Bio-Mat, all natural clothing (i.e. cotton) provides the best results. Blankets and Pillows are provided, however bring what takes care of your comfort. Clients remove their shoes and socks are optional for a Bars session. Clients undress to their level of comfort for a massage session. Credit Cards and Cash are acceptable forms of payment.
